Can we hear a little commotion for 1159Realty turning 5?!!
February 27th is officially our day, and this year? we're not letting it pass quietly.
It's not just our anniversary.
It's La Firma - The Signature Year. Where we continue to redefine the real estate space, bigger and better!
Five years ago, 1159 Realty started with one simple belief: young people deserve access to real estate without confusion, intimidation, or gatekeeping, making us the first in the world to deal with the YOUNG!
Fast-forward to now and here's what that belief has grown into:
* Thousands of clients onboarded
* Young professionals across over 5 nations becoming property owners
* Students investing earlier than society expects
* Smart housing projects redefining student living
* Communities built and, not just estates sold
The above list does not do justice to the real impact we've achieved during the years.
SO WHAT MAKES THIS YEAR DIFFERENT?
La Firma is about owning our story loudly, standing by the work we've done, and signing our name boldly on the future of real estate. 1159Realty is about to be the standard.
HOW ARE WE CELEBRATING THIS YEAR YOU ASK?
Because milestones like this deserves proper recognition, we're hosting:
An Anniversary Awards & Dinner Ceremony, a moment to celebrate the people behind the progress.
From partners to team members to the community that believed early, this one is for us.
Oh… and there's more
We have a major project coming soon called: Cisca Villa. A landmark like this deserves a landmark project, the first green hostel in Ibadan.
Get the RealTea in our next blog.
So yes, mark your calendars
February 27th.
Five years of 1159 Realty.
Still young. Still daring. Still redefining real estate.
